Yes, I did do well in the gym on Wednesday as I did do 700 metres on the rower, some weights too which was impressive then I went to The Bugle to see Claire who is nice.
But I did not eat the biscuit, I am thinking and doing very well to lose weight, Thursday I went out with Pete to Yates’s then to The George yes, it is nice in there better than McDonald’s by miles yes, it sure is.
Friday I had a stomach bug which was not nice but I am a lot better now so that was the reason why I could not do Diving but the pamphlets for The Land are very good as I did Fearne Cotton then Jo Whiley and lately Chris Moyles.
Yes, I am hoping to go Diving this evening at Medina to build up to Diving or we might put it off until the workmen has finished at our house because we are having new flooring put down and a new kitchen.
It would be better to start it after it has been done, as yes, I am still going to Southampton too on a Saturday but I am thinking as from September to go Wight link way to Southampton and bye bye Red Funnel yes, bruv.
It might mean that I will not have Kelly on a Friday, Sunday or a Monday evening depends how much the ferry cost and how much left it is in my personal budget, to be fair that I would rather spend my money on Wightlink to Southampton.
Some very good news on the move to the mainland, yes I hope to be in Totton by July at the very earliest into 1:1 independent living, my plan b I Portsmouth for September or November to carry on with the Diving doing more days with Annie who is nice.
And yes, Daron Perkins has got to have the final say not us, it is depending on my personal budget, it does not matter if Portsmouth happens next year like next January, does not matter, I will be doing more days Diving at Medina as well the gym.

Yes, I do remember Will as I saw him on Sunday, the people who did say to me I feel sorry for Jon or I can not be your brother it is tosh, obvious it is like my mate John Inverdale as he would say I am in the land of the big macs and Ronald McDonald see people do hear and spread rumours about.
But yes, Ashley is nice, very nice he is, he would be the best person to talk to about any feelings or emotions, as for that woman to say I will be happy when you move, yes, I do not think of or know a Laura not anymore but Ashley would deal with any matters!
