Yes, on Tuesday evening I went to Yates’s and had a good time and yes, it is good as I do know who Chris is the manager yes, Chris Hollingshead it is and yes, he is nice then on Wednesday I went to WWSC with Jason to the gym and yes, I did 70, 90 pound on arm and shoulder press and this evening I can do 130, 150 pound on chest press yes bruv INIT BRUV.

Then on Thursday I went to West Quay with Adrian who is my friend and yes, I bought Dad’s Christmas present, Mum’s i think, some new speedos and t shirts for 2016 as well a couple of CD’s for myself.

Yes, I did my first ever handstand dive in on Saturday Diving in Southampton and yes, Annie Clewlow watched me dive again as she is in my life now so is Judith very nice indeed, as Mollie could be a next Kate Sheath in my life as I know her used to work at St Georges as she left to work at the College.
