Hello!

Yes Diving went well on Saturday as I did push, forward and glide in the water then some forward and backflips in the water and yes Dr Hakim would be proud as he does know Matthew with problems.

Then on Sunday I went Bowling and bowled rubbish as I was not on form as I was tired, as I bowled 90 to 115 per game better do well on Sunday then I saw Will in McDonald’s who is my bruv.

Then Yesterday I did go to WWSC with my friend Adrian and Luke who is the son of Clare Griffin and Luke is a assistant in the gym with me and Michelle my tutor and that would help me for my Diving etc.

On Wednesday last week I went to Ryde Wednesday evening with Pete who is a nice man and we went to Ryde Bowl then Wetherspoons as it is nice in there.

Then on Thursday I went to M&S then Yates’s to see Rebecca Rebecka Lees as I know her Mum through my Dad Paul as she used to be on the fostering panel with Dad many years ago.

Then Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon I went out with Jason to The Watersedge and saw Charlie Adrian Chiles as it is funny the Adrian Chiles reference to Charlie but I had a very good time!
